Greetings Foodies!
This fall we finally listened to your appeals and are thrilled to announce the launch of our gourmet dining Salon, The Culinary Incubator. We want to offer internationally and seasonally inspired menus for foodies and friends in the intimacy of our own kitchens, where conversation and wine flow, and the Chefs get to concoct the juiciest mix of guests and bites. The club is as much about food as it is about people. Each Salon event yields its own guest list and generates a major flavor buzz during a three-course dinner, paired with wine.
Food-wise, we are inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, but we also intend to diversify the palette with the right amount of eclectic influences that come from Peruvian, Italian, Eastern European, and Japanese cuisines. We are less committed to trends or staying true to a particular regional tradition than to satisfying our own pursuit of the perfect combination of flavors. Always organic, balanced, and gratifying, our food ranges from restrained and minimal to sumptuous and decadent.
It’s our lovechild through and through. It is the product of many past meals when one of guests inevitably exclaimed ‘You guys need to open a restaurant!’ We did not think we would enjoy cooking many hours a day in a steamy kitchen. But running a dinner club every month? The perfect solution!
The evening kicks off with a cocktail. All appetizer and dinner courses are paired with a glass of wine, followed by desert, like refreshing fruit sorbet, ice cream, or Tart Tatin. Flat price per dinner per guest is $65. This enables us to cook for you using top quality ingredients with select wines, without breaking our bank accounts. Each event will be posted on our website as well as on Facebook. Please feel free to peruse our menus ahead of time online to get an idea of what’s cooking. Groups are small, so sign up quickly!
