Lentil and cauliflower puree with seasonal mushrooms and shaved grilled artichoke in a porcini and wine reduction.
Frisée, Kale and grana padano salad with Natalia's fabulous anchovy dressing (choice of lime and truffle vinaigrette for vegetarians)
Seared Scallops served over risotto nero with arugula, shaved asparagus and fennel salad sprinkled with roasted pine nuts with lime and truffle vinaigrette
Beef braised in a red wine and prune reduction, with golden potato medallions, brussels sprouts and grilled cipolini onions
